Pixels with Bliss ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Inquiry details you send through the form, WhatsApp or email: name, phone number, email, event date, venue and notes.
• Booking details needed to deliver your service: agreement, payment records and delivery address for albums.
• Photos and films we take at your event.
• Basic site analytics: anonymous visit counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies are used for this and no personal profile is built.

Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and send a quote.
• To plan, deliver and invoice the work you booked.
• To show selected work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.

We never sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: our website host (Cloudflare), our gallery delivery platform, our payment provider and our email and messaging providers. Each of them handles your data under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not turn into bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. We keep backups of your photos and films for at least one year after delivery.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to portfolio use. Contact us at pixelswithbliss121@gmail.com and we will respond within 21 days.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS. Client files are stored on encrypted drives and in access-controlled cloud storage.
